Autobarn MTC is an automotive products and customization business based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. We offer spare parts, accessories, lighting, alloy wheels, tyres, car care products, and vehicle customization solutions.
2. Products & Inquiries
Product listings, descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for information and may vary from the actual product. Availability, fitment, and final pricing are confirmed at the time of inquiry. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices, where shown, are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices for customization work, fitment, and certain products are provided on request via our Request a Quote / Contact form.
4. Orders & Quotations
Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and agree on price, availability, and payment terms with you directly.
5. Fitment & Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct fitment, compatibility, and specifications for their vehicle. We are happy to assist, but final responsibility for confirming suitability rests with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are passed on to the customer as provided by the respective brand or manufacturer. Autobarn MTC does not provide independent warranties beyond those of the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
7. Customization Work
Customization and fabrication services are carried out based on requirements agreed with the customer. Timelines and outcomes may vary depending on parts availability and scope of work. Advance payments for customization are non-refundable once work has commenced.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Autobarn MTC or its content suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Autobarn MTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through us, except as required by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
